Extra Large Mexican Haas Avocado
1 Jumbo Mango
Chobani Yogurt or LaYogurt Yogurt (if desired)
(only if using a blender)
Almond Breeze Milk
(cashew or almond)
Take out your blender and set aside. If you don’t have a blender, this recipe can also be prepared by using a whisk and fork.
Cut the avocado in half, and carefully remove the pit. Scoop out the inside and place in the blender.
Slice the mango from top to bottom, avoiding the pit in the center.
Remove the peel and dice.
Place about 2 cups in the blender.
Take two large handfuls of spinach and place in blender.
Peel the banana and place in the blender.
Add 1 cup of yogurt to the blender, if desired.
This will add more protein to your meal.
Pour 1/2-1 cup of milk into the blender.
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour into a bowl or glass and top with fruit of choice.
Add Wonderful Pistachios on top for healthy fats.
If using a whisk and fork to make this recipe, mash all the ingredients separately with a fork first. Combine all ingredients in one bowl and whisk together.
